Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from Emu Plains, NSW 2750. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping rates. Calculated at checkout by order value and delivery region:

• Metro: under $80 = $12.95; $80 to $159 = $9.95; $160 and over = free.
• Regional: under $80 = $19.95; $80 to $159 = $16.95; $160 and over = free.

The easiest way to reach free shipping is to buy in bulk. For example, the buy 10, get 1 free pouch offer sits at the free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is generally 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates from our courier, not guarantees.

Tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delivery issues. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact support@healix.global with your order number and we will help track it down.
