Welcome to Healix Global. This store is operated by NewWave Healthcare Pty Ltd T/A Healix Global (ABN 82 688 905 615) ("Healix Global", "we", "us"). By accessing shop.healix.global or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and intended users. Our products are supplies for professional practices and trade customers, including podiatry, veterinary, beauty, nail, and tattoo and piercing settings, that operate their own sterilising equipment. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing for professional or business use and will use the products in accordance with their instructions and any applicable regulations.

2. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or if there has been a pricing or description error.

3. Prices. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where indicated, include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Promotions. Promotional offers (such as buy 10, get 1 free) apply only while advertised, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Free-item offers apply to eligible quantities in a single order.

5. Payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. See our Return and refund policy.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, and other than for the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the product or supplying an equivalent, or refunding the price paid.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
